Return deadline and condition

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receiving the product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging.

Returned items must not be used or damaged. We cannot process returns if the product or packaging is damaged.

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds
